inoga is serving up!

Traditional cuisine and hearty hospitality are right at home in Thuringia. From 6 to 9 October 2012 the organisers and exhibitors will once again be setting the tables at inoga - trade fair for the hospitality industries.

An appetite for regional dishes

All visitors come to the “regional market place” to enjoy Thuringian hit products. inoga also serves up products from the service and catering world and provides catering and hospitality expert and further training opportunities. The trade fair menu is rounded off with a stage programme which includes live cooking shows, vegetable chopping and the art of preparing drinks and cocktails.

In the pots, get set, go!

During inoga, several renowned industry competitions are held. These offer career opportunities to up and coming professionals and visitors can watch these live from the spectator area thanks to open and transparent kitchens. The competition organisers are the German Association of Chefs and the Association of Maîtres d'hôtel, restaurant and hotel staff.
