The inoga is the trade fair for innovation in the hospitality industries. For four days the Messezentrum Erfurt becomes a centrally located information and communication meeting place for all those who like having guests, pampering them and who are always looking for new ways to surprise them.

Following the highly successful debut of inoga in 2000, the trade fair for the hospitality industries has developed into becoming the meeting point for the catering world in Central Germany. In 2000, 2004 and 2008 it was coupled with the IKA - Culinary Olympics.
